We have reserved the Conference room for Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon. We are able to bring snacks to keep there and share. Note that there is not a refrigerator in the conference room so there will not be a place to keep things that need to be kept cold. There are small refrigerators in the rooms. 

Bring swimsuits, walking shoes, and layers - it's the Midwest so you never know what kind of weather we will have!
