  •  Menno-Hof — 510 S Van Buren St, Shipshewana ⭐ 4.8 
    • An immersive, guided museum covering Mennonite, Amish, and Hutterite history with interactive exhibits and films. 
    • Only about 25 min from Middlebury. 
    • Hours: 
      • Thu–Sat 10am–5pm
      • We encourage many to go together on Friday AM, leaving the Essenhaus around 10 AM
    • Pricing:
      • Adults: $9.50/person
      • Children (ages 6–14): $5.00/person
      • Family (two adults + all children ages 6–14): $22.00
      • Groups (25 or more people): $8.50/person
  • Elkhart County Historical Museum — 304 W Vistula St, Bristol ⭐ 4.6 
    • Housed in a former high school, this free museum covers the full sweep of county history. About 20 min from Middlebury. 
    • Hours:

  • Middlebury Community Historical — 301 Bristol Ave, Middlebury ⭐ 4.8 
    • Small but charming local history museum right in town, near the Pumpkinvine Trail. 
    • Hours: 
      • Thu 10am–2pm
      • Sat 10am–3pm
  • Shipshewana Area Historical — 315 Morton St, Shipshewana ⭐ 4.8 
    • Local history of the Shipshewana/Amish community area.
  • Elkhart County Museum Association (Ruthmere) — 302 E Beardsley Ave, Elkhart ⭐ 4.5 
    • A beautiful historic house museum with Tiffany lamps and guided tours.
